Anti spam policy
What is spam?
In the context of online messaging, spam refers to unwanted, bulk or indiscriminate messages, normally sent for a commercial purpose.
We have a zero-tolerance spam policy.
Automated spam filtering
This site’s messaging systems scan all emails coming in [and other] messages automatically, and filter-out messages that seem to be spam.
Problems with spam filtering
From time to time genuine messages will be filtered-out by our systems, since no message filtering system is 100% accurate.
The accuracy of message filtering systems is not 100% so from time to time, genuine messages will be filtered-out by our systems.
Please notify the one you are sending the message to if you believe that this has happened to a message you sent.
You can actually reduce the risk of your massages being caught by the spam filters. You can do this by sending your massage in plain text (i. e. no HTML), getting rid of any attachments, and making sure that your messages have been scanned for malware before dispatch.
Receipt of unwanted messages from this website/us
In the unlikely event that you receive any message from us or sent by our systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact us through the ‘contact us” page and the matter will be investigated.
Changes to this anti-spam policy
We may make changes to this anti-spam policy at any time by publishing a new version on this website.
