Google People Search Engine

If you look at the ways that the people finder industry has developed you will see that it has come a long way. Initially there were a few sites that offered people search services and you had to pay for the service. Over the last couple of years a lot of sites emerged and some were offering free search services, some developed to an extent that they became people search engines.

At the same time it was possible to search for people using the major search engines Yahoo and Google. Google has some directories from which people can be searched. You can also look for people directly from the search engine. If you look at it in this manner then it can be described as a Google people search engine.

How then do you look for people on Google? As I have said already that you can look for someone directly from the search engine. Just by typing the name of the person in the search box you should retrieve a whole list of results. Make sure that when you type in the name that you put in quotes. The quotes are an instruction that tell the Google people search engine to retrieve pages that have that name and that name only.

If the list is still too long as is usually the case with names that are in common use then you can make the search more specific. You can incorporate any detail or data that you know about the person by using the + (plus) sign when you type in the name. An example of how you would enter this data into the Google people search engine would be, "Christopher Williams"+ dentist.

This would be in the case where the Christopher Williams that you are looking for is a dentist. You can also do the same for the person that you are looking for. Just enter the relevant detail on the Google people search engine and search away.
