I will mention one so called obvious way because you never know it just might be able to produce a result for your search. Still on the social networks, another thing that you can do to find someone free-no charge is to look for the person's acquaintances. If you can not find the person, no doubt you will be able to find at least one person that knows them. So as you search for the person you can look up the relatives and friends at the same time.

There are also a number of groups that exist within these sites. If you are aware of any interest the individual might have had then you can look them up in a relevant group. This is one way that a relative of mine used to locate me. You should not underestimate this method; many people have used it to find someone free-no charge with positive results.
